Privacy & Cookie Policy

Lanayr Ltd, registered in Scotland, company number SC689824, Hamilton, ML3 6NE ("we") operates TEFL Ireland. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use the site.

We do not ask you to create an account and do not collect personal details except through the optional request forms described below. If you email us, we use your address only to reply and keep the correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested for security and performance. We do not currently run advertising or analytics cookies of our own.

When you click an affiliate link you leave our site. The partner and its affiliate network (for example Awin or FlexOffers) may set cookies to record that you came from us so a commission can be credited. Those cookies are governed by the partner's own privacy policy, and you can block them in your browser settings.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise these rights, email conor@thedomainery.com.

Request forms: if you submit the 'options' form on the Compare courses or Travel essentials pages, we process your name, email, chosen topic and optional note, on the basis of your consent, to email you relevant options and, if you agree in the form, to pass your name and email to a relevant partner provider who then acts as an independent controller. We keep these details only as long as needed to respond (and no longer than 12 months). You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your details at any time at conor@thedomainery.com.

Accommodation enquiries: if an accommodation enquiry form is shown and you submit it, we send your name, email, optional phone number, city, arrival date and length of stay only to the providers you tick, on the basis of your consent, so they can contact you. We do not store the enquiry ourselves. Each provider then acts as an independent controller of the details it receives. You can withdraw consent by contacting the provider or us.
